The reason you should go to the Royal Oak Chiropractic Clinic is because Dr. Manela and his staff are very caring and you feel very comfortable when you enter the office. Dr. Manela spends a lot of time during the consultation so he can find out what the problem is and he can fix it. His exam is very thorough and he does a chiropractic exam, orthopedic exam, any neurological exam. He uses Manuel and instrument adjusting which means that you are getting the latest chiropractic spinal adjustment technique. He also uses class 4 laser therapy. Class 4 therapy is how the professional athletes are treated.
