From Scratch

Bringing gourmet food made by classically trained chefs, to a casual environment. All our dressings, mayonnaise, BBQ sauces are made on the premises. We roast our own ham, turkey, corn beef, and pork to ensure the best tasting food available. We then take these ingredients and create some of the best tasting meals possible. For breakfast we created a recipe and a process for perfect buttermilk pancakes using fresh eggs, and actual buttermilk (not as powder), to take the flavor to the next level. Freshly made hollandaise sauce made from fresh eggs and carefully clarified butter makes the eggs Benedict a must try. We also make crepes!
