This has to be the most unprofessional company/management office I’ve ever dealt with. While looking for an apartment I called their office and left messages several times, but didn’t get a response. When I finally got a call back, I arranged a time to look at one of their apartments. The property manager asked me several questions. One was if I had any children? I thought that was strange, but I told her I’m a grandparent and that sometimes my granddaughters come visit me. She said no, we can’t have that here. There are no children in this building. It’s a quiet building. She said I don’t understand why they have to visit you here on the property? Can’t I go visit them? She said they don’t have insurance to cover other people’s children if they got injured while visiting. She then asked me if I would write a letter stating that I wouldn’t hold the property responsible if they were injured while visiting? The next day she called and said that they weren’t going to rent to me because they can’t be responsible for kids. It was then that she stated that there are children in the building, but they were living with their parents. I told her I was confused and that I may need to call back to get some additional information from her about the owners and the building itself. She went ballistic! After yelling at me for about five minutes, she hung up the phone. I saw it was her number calling me back, but I didn’t feel like answering it. It was then that she left me the most unprofessional message that I’ve ever received, and telling me that she was going to get a restraining order against me if I ever came back to the property. She said that they were not going to be ‘cow towed’ into renting to me and having my kids on the property. This message is worth listening to, and I will hang onto it in case I need to take further action.

I find this renting on craiglist and they left the number to call the lady was very rude and she didnt even let me talk to keep asking me questions about my income I provided to her and she wanted more questions and when i try ask her about the name of place she hung up the phone and staring screaming saying dont call this number again . I was so confuse I thought it was some type scam .
