Aging Services For Communities

Aging Services for Communities is a private, non-profit agency licensed by the state of Minnesota and fully insured and bonded. Our organization was founded in September 2004 with a grant provided through Minnesota River Area Agency on Aging. Upon our founding, our only program consisted of Caregiver Support and Respite Services and it was only provided in LeSueur County. Very quickly word about our services spread, leading to an expanded service area as well as added programs. Since our origination, Aging Services for Communities has started offering a Transportation program, utilizing volunteer drivers. The Transportation program has been followed by our Homemaker Services, an in-home service provided by paid homemaker employees. Lastly, Caregiver Support & Respite Services provided by volunteers.

Today ASC’s in-home eldercare services have spread throughout several Minnesota counties; our organization has grown in reach, depth and commitment. Throughout the years we’ve added services, developed sought after programs and retained some of the most experienced staff in the area. Aging Services for Communities will continue to provide optimal caregiver services for as long as the need exists, all while seeking ways to improve upon and add to our program offerings.
