Ripley's Believe It Or Not! Odditorium

Considered the most unusual building in Branson, the 12,000 sq. foot Ripley’s Odditorium is everything its “CRACKED-UP” to be! Having recently gone through an extensive renovation, they have crammed as much fun into one building as is possible. There are over 400 “unbelievable” artifacts, jaw dropping oddities, world records, amazing illusions, pranks of nature, cool inter-actives and awesome works of art. Just a few of the newest additions in 2012 include a full size stagecoach made from 1.5 million toothpicks and a pair of horses made from welded horseshoes. Also, there are African fantasy coffins, a picture of Jesus on the cross made from burnt toast, a laser shooting gallery and you can’t miss the wacky “spinning vortex” tunnel. With all that and more, it’s sensational FUN for the entire family!
The Branson Odditorium was built to look as though it survived Missouri’s famous New Madrid earthquake. In 1812 a series of earthquake’s struck ranging in magnitude from 8.1 to 8.7 on the Richter scale. They caused the Mississippi river to flow backwards for 3 days and the tremors could be felt as far away as Washington D.C. The area is still shaken by small earthquakes every 48 hours. The buildings unusual architecture is the reason Ripley’s has the distinction of being one of the most photographed buildings in Branson. So bring your camera because there are excellent photo opportunities inside as well as out.

Amenities: We are completely wheelchair and stroller accessible. We have changing tables in both the men's and women's restrooms. The restrooms are also handicapped accessible. Elevator inside the Odditorium to access the upper galleries.

Reservations: You may purchase tickets online on the website www.ripleys.com/branson. Or come in the front doors to the admissions counter to purchase them. It is self-guided walk-thru tours. So come whenever best fits into your schedule.
