Prairie Vista Village is a new continuing care retirement community in Altoona, Iowa. The community was developed by Scenic Development and is managed by Pivotal Health Care. The principals have over seventy years of combined experience and have built and currently manage multiple senior living projects across the midwest.

The principals are Gib Wood CEO of Scenic Development, Scott Gulledge, CEO of Pivotal Health Care, LLC, and Wayne Anderson, Vice President. The principals have over seventy years of combined experience and have built and currently manage multiple senior living projects across the midwest.

Gilbert (Gib) Wood, of Olathe, Kansas, has been an owner of Scenic Living Communities, Inc., since 1977, serving on the Board of Directors since 1997. Gib oversees project development including land acquisition, design, and construction for Scenic Development. He is also the managing partner of SLC Development Company, LLC.
