Hunters Ridge Apartments

It's not often I feel the need to recommend anything, but Hunters Ridge is near perfect place to live. I have been here about 18 years, and it would take a lot to get me to move. The staff is exceptional, the grounds are well kept and the maintenance is excellent. Quick response to any problems. In the 18 years I have been surrounded by incredible tenants. To top it all off you are close to everything and wouldn't even know it because of the residential setting. This is a hidden jewel in Plainfield.

I enjoy living in this community. It's quiet and private, yet close enough to grocery, doctors, recreation, restaurants, entertainment and more. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. The staff here are nice and handle my concerns timely and satisfactorily. It's nice to just chill on my patio with a newspaper and coffee. I have nice neighbors and we all live here with respect for each other. It's very nice living where there isn't loud music or offensive parties going on at all hours. There are children living in the community and they are behaved and well mannered.

I've lived here for just five years now, and it's been great. Whenever I eventually move again, I wish I could just pick up my apartment and take it with me! The rent is very low for all the space I have, and I love the layout of the apartment. Management is very easy to get in touch with and was great meeting up with me to give me a tour of the apartment, sign my lease and give me the key when I was driving in from out of state and first moving to Indiana. The neighborhood is great; there are a lot of families here, which makes me feel safe. I've had a couple of things that needed to be repaired in the year I've lived here, and maintenance has always taken care of it the day I called. This has definitely been the easiest renting experience I've ever had.

Hunters Ridge Apartments are one of the nicest, cleanest, reasonable priced rent and well-kept maintenance-free apartments in Plainfield. Their staff are friendly and helpful, residents well-mannered and mindful.The property is well-cared for and shows the pride of the residents. Best complex I've lived at yet! I've lived here over a year now and am continually impressed with the excellent service and support provided here.

After living here for 3 years I'm glad to say this place has exceeded all my expectations. The management staff is fantastic, very professional, and courteous. Debra is and excellent manager. They are quick to respond to any maintenance request. The maintenance guy (Ray) is bar none the best maintenance person I have ever dealt with in an apartment complex. He is professional and courteous. He cleans up after himself and does not leave a mess. He is very knowledgeable and has exceeded my expectations every time. My wife and I feel very safe here and would recommend this place to anyone.

Our move in experience has been excellent. The management staff has accommodated us well and we are very happy with our apartment and the building amenities. Our expectations were exceeded and we would recommend Hunters Ridge to our friends and family.

I actually lived here with my Mom when I was younger. When needing my own place after graduating, I chose to come back. There are even some of the same people here. I'm extremely happy with my choice to live here. My apartment was almost flawless moving in, and the staff was quick to resolve the minor issue I had. I would recommend choosing this community.

I had a friend live here 2 years ago and after visiting his place a few times I looked into living here when I last moved. I'm going into my 4th month of living here and I have to say it is still a great complex. My neighbors are around 20-50 years old and never too loud or crazy. The parking lot fills up pretty quickly each night but clears out somewhat morning. The property manager knew me by name after only a month living here so that was really cool. She's been quick to help out with all needs.
