My experience - every single part of it - was AWESOME. Every employee I encountered, as well as the owner himself, was patient, professional and customer service driven. Lynda, was great to work with. She was upfront and pleasant and checked on the deal I wanted before wasting my time trying to get me in the door. Sam, my sales rep once there, was great. He knew the cars inside and out and answered all my questions with a smile.

Our seller realized that we wanted to get straight to the point, so thankfully it didn't take him long to skip the small talk and get straight to it. He brought out all the information point blank. We really appreciated how straightforward he was. It may not be the traditional way of purchasing a car, but this is what would motivate me to come back.

Great 1st time experience. It was easy to setup appointment online. Service staff was very friendly , courteous and informative. Service was completed in less than 1 hours. Facility was clean, I was offered coffee, free wifi - just a great overall experience. I will definitely return and recommend to my friends.

The service guys are great. The work was done correctly and completed when promised. On the down side, the car wash guy was having a bad day. But it was a "complimentary" car wash... Also, your customer Wi-Fi is painfully slow. And where do you keep the remote for the TV?

wonderful! information was great! clean dealersh ip and retail area. very attentive. rick kiker had all paperwork together and all was needed was proof of insurance and driver's licence and papers to sign. a truly sign and drive program. had a vw trade-in and service had been wonderful in the past. was introduced to GM. made us feel like family

Sam was the guy who helped me. He was very energetic and helpful. He explained every question I had in detail. The only complaint I have is he said my car had been washed when I came to pick it up and to me it didn't seem to have been washed. Otherwise, all of the work and service was great.

Sam and Chuck provided exceptional service. When I dropped my car off in an emergency situation, the service department was booked solid for the next few days. Knowing I needed my car, Sam and Chuck got my car in that day and made the necessary repairs to get me on the road again. Awesome, awesome customer service!

My children and I had a great experience at Stone Mountain Volkswagen. The staff and managment were very professional and approachable. I feel like we became friends. Everyone there was willing to do whatever it took to make us more comfortable in the process of buying a car. My children mean everything to me, Stone Mountain Volkswagen made them feel welcomed and not in the way. We did not have an appointment but was pleasantly attended to by Phillip Franco who showed us our new GTI. Phillip gave a good demonstration and preview of the car's many functional and safety features as he was very knowledgable of the product. Phillip was also a pleasure to work with when it came time to price negotiation. This process actually went smoother than we expected. We left with a great deal on a great car and I would strongly recommend Phillip to our friends and family.

his was probably the 5th time that I have brought my grand daughters car in for service. Two or three of those times I thought that I probably should take it some where else.

This time I was completely satisfied. From the young lady that checked me in, to the gentleman that came out to the car and drove it to the shop, to the mechanic that the check-in lady took me back to while the car was still on the lift, who showed me something to watch and probably have replaced on my next visit, they were all TOP NOTCH.

Our salesperson, Phillip Franco, was extremely knowledgeable, more so than any vehicle salesperson I have encountered, and not only was he extremely knowledgeable, he was very enthusiastic and energetic, and he was very personable and professional. In addition, Phillip was very responsive and met every commitment, providing me and my family with a compelling offer and great experience. Further, the financing process was very professional and efficient, with Rick Kiker making each detail clear while being sensitive to time. WOW what a great experience. I walked into a lot of dealers on 4/18 but when I walked into Stone Mountain Volkswagen I was greeted by Phillip Franco and his trainee. They were very friendly and assisted me with a smile which I liked and started helping me in finding a vehicle that would suite my needs. Within 15 minutes they were showing me my soon to be new car. I truly enjoyed my experience and told my friends to check them out. Everyone from Phillip to his manager and the finance team where all very helpful. Customer service is great. My next comments having nothing to with customer service but with prices basically. I have always wished that your prices were more competitive. If they were I would come to you more often BECAUSE of the customer service. But, when I can get the same service done elsewhere for a dramatically reduced price customer service becomes a non-issue. If the prices were similar I would come to you every time. For example, I was told I needed a brake flush and the price was somewhere around $150 I believe. That same brake flush at 4 other places I called was approximately $50. That is a dramatic price difference that will make me go elsewhere in the next few weeks when I have the funds to do it. I was told I needed 2 new tires and they were $113 each. Other places have similarly priced tires for buy 2 get 2 free. Why would I buy 2 from you when I can get 4 for the same price somewhere else? Unfortunately, due to circumstances, I had to buy 2 from you but I hated it and will make sure I don't put myself in the same circumstances again where I don't have to the time to shop around. Another way to be competitive in the tire price is that maybe you can't offer the buy 2 get 2 free to me like other places can but maybe throw in an alignment in for free. That would have saved me $80 and have made the money I spent there more bearable.

On Monday November 11 Called in and talk to Sam Barry to schedule an appointment for an 80,000 miles check on my Jetta 2007 Wolsfburg Edition. Sam was very courteous during the call as well as the next day when I took my car in for the 80,000 miles service. Sam was very knowledgeable, explaining what the services consisted on, and he keep me informed during the time of the services on the status and on any changes that were made outside the initial scheduled service before they were performed, overall it was a great experience.

It's was a pleasant and non stressful experience. I didn't feel like I was being bullied into buying a car. Although, Stamos followed up with me several times,I never felt if he was being overbearing it was really nice working with him. Blake was great to work with as well, he was knowledgeable and he did his best to ensure that I walked away happy with a great deal.
