The overall job Joey did wasn't horrible, but since I did the prep work and bought all the materials, I think it only fair that he should not have gouged three of the tiles he laid by sawing quarter-round without a barrier. Part of the quarter round he installed was cracked. I will hide it with paint, but this is hardly professional. In addition, it took from 9:30 am until almost 3pm to do a small bathroom floor. When I called and asked that he return and fix his mistake, (I had left over tile) he ignored my call...three times. I will be reporting to BBB and going to small claims as he didn't bother to try to fix this. DON'T USE THIS GUY.
