I had them done two roofs for me and I was horribly wrong. Both roofs, architectural shingles and supposed to be life time waranteed, leaked and one very badly. Called Palmer roofing and they do not want to honor any waranties. Ended up having to hire some roofing pro and was told that the roofer who laid the roofs cut cornors everwhere and hence led to leaks. DO NOT trust Palmer roofing. He will sweet talk you and never deliver.
