This is my second time using Superior Appliance Repair for my washer/dryer. I was pleased that they were able to send out a technician right away. When the technician got to my house and we talked about what's wrong with the dryer, he suggested I get a different service first to have the dryer vents cleaned. They can't correctly diagnose the problem until this is done, as the cleaning might solve the whole thing. It's nice to deal with a company that's trying to solve the problem rather than just trying to take your money as quickly possible.

i am not used to complimenting service companies in nyc cause theyre usually crap but superior is different. my GE fridge was broken and the tempeture kept on going up and down by its own. i called superior and they came down that day and fixed it and most surprisingly, even though it was a hot humid day their serviceman wasnt giving attitude as you so often see. good job, superior!

Excellent service company. I had a problem with my oven and i called Superior Appliance, the tech was so nice to me, he helped me fix my problem over the phone and he guided me step by step until it was all fixed. I will use this company for the future.

those guys only want your deposits then they don't even know you when my washing machine was broken they were very fast taking my deposit but then it was we will be there soon for many weeks but they never showed up till I took someone else

Best Service: Excellent service. Went above and beyond the call of service!! Couldn't ask for better follow-up to see if repair was successful. Went for consult to factory to help in figuring out the problem. Took awhile to fix, but was well worth it. Didn't charge any extra after initial visit (that includes service or parts). Would highly recommend for any appliance repair
