When should I create a "Special"?
Anytime you have a sale, deals or special offering.
Where will my "Special" appear?
Your "Special" will appear on your profile, profiles within your business
network, neighborhood pages, search pages, and in your profile's rss feed.
How can I add a "Special"?
To add a "Special" login into the Business Management Area, click on
"Specials", then click on "Create Special".
How can I edit a "Special"?
Select a special from the "Specials" table by clicking "Details". Click on
"Edit" to edit a "Special".
How can I delete a "Special"?
Select a special from the "Specials" table by clicking "Details". Click on
"Delete" to delete a "Special".
A customer wrote a comment on my "Special". Is there
a way to manage it?
Yes. Follow directions in the "comment alert" email or select a "Special" from
the "Specials" table by clicking "Details" and click on "Comments" to manage
customer comments.
My "Special" has a status of "Paused".
If your "Special" has a status of "Paused" it will not be available to your
customers. Select a special from the "Specials" table by clicking "Details".
Click on "Activate" to activate the "Special".
Is there a way to pause "Special" without deleting
it?
Select a special from the "Specials" table by clicking "Details". Click on
"Pause" to pause a "Special".
I noticed that I can add multimedia to my posts. What does that mean and how do I do it?
You can spice up your posts with video or audio. We do not host your multimedia
but we give you the option to paste code snippets from popular hosting services
like YouTube. We support all embedded players.
To add multimedia, enter Embedded Code Snippet that contains the <object> tag.
