Why should I create coupons?
Coupons are a very efficient way to attract customers to your business.
Where will my coupons appear?
Your coupon will appear on your profile in the coupons section, on other
profiles within your business network, on neighborhood pages, search pages, and
your profile's rss feed.
How can I create a coupon?
To create a coupon login to the Business Management Area, click on Coupon
Shortcut, then click on "Create New Coupon" and fill in the necessary
information.
I already have a coupon, can I upload it?
Absolutely. To upload a coupon, login to the Business Management Area,
click on Coupon Shortcut, then click on "Upload New Coupon". Please note that
your coupon image can not be more than 200K in size.
What is a general availability coupon?
A General Availability coupon is a regular coupon that anyone can see in your
business profile. To make a coupon appear in your business profile check the
"General Availability Coupon" box during coupon creation or editing. It is not
recommended to make a coupon generally available if the coupon serves as a
token of appreciation for suggestions, complaints, or compliments. (read "What is "thank you" coupon" bellow)
What is "Appreciation" coupon?
An "Appreciation" coupon serves as a token of appreciation for the customer's
suggestions, complaints, or compliments. If you want to thank customers for
making a suggestion you can create an "Appreciation" coupon that will be available
for customers when they submit a suggestion to you. "Appreciation" coupons are not
available for customers on your business profile coupon section, nor in your
network profiles.
How can I assign coupon to a "contact us",
"review", "comments" pages?
You can either assign a coupon to "thank you" pages during coupon creation or
editing in the "Coupon" section or go to "Appreciation Coupon Settings" section to manage the
settings.
How can I edit a coupon?
Select a coupon from the "Coupons" table by clicking "Details". Click on "Edit"
to edit a "Coupon".
How can I delete a coupon?
Select a coupon from the "Coupons" table by clicking "Details". Click on
"Delete" to delete a "Coupon".
Why does it say that a coupon in "paused"? What
should I do to activate it?
When you create a coupon it is automatically "paused" to give you the ability
to review the coupon before making it available to your customers. Please click
"Activate" to make the coupon active.
I can not see my coupon? What's wrong?
There are several possibilities.
- Make sure your coupon is not paused.
- Make sure your coupon is marked as a "General availability" coupon.
Please note
that if a coupon is paused and or is a "thank you" coupon it will not be
available on your business profile in the coupon section. Read moreabout

A c ustomer wrote a comment on my coupon post. Is
there a way to manage it?
Yes. Follow directions in the "comment alert" email or select a "Coupon" from
the "Coupons" table by clicking "Details" and click on "Comments" to manage
customer comments.
