"am a real estate investor with several properties. Sam cost me several thousands of dollars in mistakes, lost checks, dupicate policies, and time. When I called him to go through it and get it solved, he first delayed saying a week. When I called back in a week, he stalled again, when I complained after a month, he said "I didn't realize it was time sensitive" yes... really. He eventually started "looking into" the errors, but quickly stopped. When I contacted him to complain, he just stopped returning my emails and calls. I had to get corporate involved recently, and that is in process. I am still not positive it isn't fraud. It is now September. This started in February. It is still not fixed. Changing insurance is painful. I am changing agents, and mandating that all 10 of my policies be canceled and I am going to another carrier so he doesn't profit from his incredibly poor service. I am THAT pissed. I have never been treated this poorly in 40+ years of dealing with agents."
