stars"My wife and I moved in to Park Lane Village in Farmington Utah two months ago, and have had nothing but problems since we moved in. It started with a broken brand new dishwasher, that was clogged and upon calling the office to repair it, we were told it wasnt considered an "emergency" (even though we let them know it smelled like mildew and was about to overflow). The office then called me a few minutes later, and said that a lady (my wife) was calling to have repairs made on the apartment who was not on the lease! Even though my wife and I both went to the office to sign the lease in person a couple weeks previously. It ended up taking two days for someone to come fix it.
We also have been receiving our neighbors mail, and what little mail we are getting has been going in to an unlocked "vacant" box right below our assigned mail box. We have let the office know multiple times, which they promised they would speak to the post master about, since my wife and I both work during the day when the post master comes to deliver the mail. This has been going on since we moved in.
Tonight (Sunday) I was issued a tow warning for tomorrow morning from the onsite maintenance people. My car is a 2008, so not some old run down car, and is only 6 days expired. If I havent recieved my sticker from the DMV in the mail, how can I put it on my car? I also noticed that at least 8 other cars in the parking lot have this same sticker on their car.
The car ports are maybe halfway completed, and have been "under construction" for at least a month and a half now. No one ever cleans up the mud from all the construction, so mud is all over the parking lot that then gets tracked in to my apartment. And finally someone rammed into the dumpsters, tearing one of the doors completely off and damaging the side, it looks hideous, but no one has come to fix it.
Overall it is really disheartening to have such high hopes for a nice, new apartment, only to be completely disappointed and angry two months later."
