stars"Worst business let alone florist I have ever dealt with. Needed flowers delivered by 5:00pm before a performance and she guaranteed it. They were not delivered on time and was left on the steps. I called to complain the next day and she was smart about it then broke down and cried telling me her life story. On top of that called the person I had them delivered and told them they I treated her badly hoping to cause turmoil in which it did. She could not take a debit card over the phone so I told her I would be there to pay as quick as I could. She started calling from a blocked number in which I do not answer and left a voicemail telling me to "man up and answer her" (3 days after late delivery including two day weekend) when at the time I didn't even know it was her who was calling. I still have the voicemail for anyone who doubts. This lady should be in a nursing home or mental rehab and not running a business."
