"If there was a quality score worse than 1 star, I would give it to this store.
First off, the guy who worked there smells really bad and was rude and obnoxious. Second, he messed up two of my packages. One was some work sent to a client on the 14th of November for a 2 day deliver. It's still in transit as of the 21st. The second was a two day delivery to my mom for her birthday, which was sent on the 15th, which is still in transit. Please, if you have another UPS store to go to go there, because this was is poorly staffed, poorly managed, and cares nothing for their customers. Please, if you want you paid for and if you want the slightest decent customer service, don't go here. It's horrible. Worst experience I ever had."
