I bought my dress, bridesmaid dresses, shoes that they were dying and did alterations there. The seamstress insisted on sewing cups in my dress that I did not want. They ordered the wrong belt so we had to rush order the correct belt and my shoes were not dyed when they were suppose to be. My Bridesmaids dresses came in in the wrong size and some girls needed to rush order new ones. My major problem happened at my final fitting. My shoes were not dyed and when I asked the manager Kim why she gave me an attitude. The seamstress sewed my belt on completely loop-sided and caused terrible markings on the front of my dress from where she sewed in the cups- that I did not want. We ended up staying there for 2 hours trying to fix what was wrong with my dress. I still felt uneasy about them having my dress, but they said they were "too busy" to let me come in a few days before the Wedding to try it again. When they dyed the shoes it was another disaster. The red dye streaked and had dark red streaks on the sole of the shoe that were noticeable when worn and the diamond gem was not covered during the process and was discolored. They told me I was out of luck because there was not enough time to order new shoes. They tried to charge me over $400 for poorly done alterations. So 6 days before my Wedding I had a dress that was not steamed, poorly altered that still had markings in the fabric. Brides just stay away... they will only add stress to your day."
