"My flowers were acceptable on the day they arrived but the next morning the spray roses were DEAD, some of the other flowers weren't looking so great either. I called to let them know, they quickly offered to replace them the next day which was fine, we discussed what & the color. The next day someone when they came to replace the roses they brought a different color of an inferior product, I expressed my disappointment which visibly frustrated the woman. After several other people agreed with me that the flowers were .... strange looking now, I called to inquire as to my options. I explained that I was very familiar with floral, fees & names, they informed me I was WRONG, as the owner of a local flower shop stood in front of me listening. They became very annoyed with me and asked me what my solution was, I told them I would have liked them to replace the flowers with the original spray roses, she said I had complained about them, I informed her I had complained because they died the next morning, she said they had no control over that., basically yelled at me and hung up. The owner of the flower shop show was in my office began to point out the "weak" flowers in the arrangement , which she said she would have never mentioned had she not heard the entire conversation. I am not only disappointed with the arrangement but the service as well. At some point in the conversation I mentioned that the person who sent the flowers paid $70 for the arrangement and I felt it was unfair to have the flowers dying the next day, they quickly informed me he did NOT pay $70 for the arrangement, after a little more conversation it came out that they charged his credit card for $70 total but the arrangement was not a $70 arrangement. I thought it was wrong of them to try and insinuate that he lied, he didn't know what was what, he just said send her something beautiful, not just a bouquet of roses, and agreed on a charge. Very disappointed with the customer service & quality.
