stars"I had ATS rebuild my transmission approx. fifty thousand miles ago and from day one it shifts very hard from first to second gear. I took it back to them twice and the guy in the shop who did the repair refuse to do anything about it. He kept telling me " that's how I do trucks". I asked him if he wanted to take it for a test drive and he said he didn't need to. Anyone who rides in my truck for the first time always ask if my transmission is going out. I don't doubt that they know what they are doing but they don't stand behind their work."
