stars"I'm very disappointed in this company. I ordered cabinet pulls from them. After several weeks I called to follow up and was reminded that it would take 4-6 weeks for them to receive my items. After waiting 6 weeks, my Visa cc was credited the amount of the order. I'm assuming they cancelled my order but they didn't even bother to send me an email explanation. That tells me they could care less about their customers. Not even an email explanation? Weak."
