"This is my second time using Superior Appliance Repair for my washer/dryer. I was pleased that they were able to send out a technician right away. When the technician got to my house and we talked about what's wrong with the dryer, he suggested I get a different service first to have the dryer vents cleaned. They can't correctly diagnose the problem until this is done, as the cleaning might solve the whole thing. It's nice to deal with a company that's trying to solve the problem rather than just trying to take your money as quickly possible."
