"I ordered Three Uniden BCD 396XT scanners and accessories from this company and they arrived in a timely fashion however one of the scanners arrived defective. I was informed by the owner, John Grey, that they do NOT "return or exchange" any products to Canada and was directed to Uniden to resolve the situation. The owner was an obnoxious man that told me owns the company and can do what he wants regardless of having NO published warranty or exchange policy that indicated this "NO EXCHANGE" prerogative. I would not recommend doing any sort of business with this organization what so ever."
