stars"If you are considering employing United Solutions you will be better off finding someone else. These guys told us they would provide a replacement switch for $200, then charged us $350. The shipped the equipment via UPS. When their tech support guy showed up to fix our wi-fi he spent 30 minutes on site, then left to take care of some personal business. He said that our wi-fi was fixed (it wasn't) and said he would return in four or five days to finish the job, taking the replacement parts with him. We now have guests checking out of our motel because we cannot provide the free wi-fi we advertise. When contacted again, United Solution said that there was nothing they could do and to call back after the weekend. I would recommend that you NEVER use these guys. Effective tomorrow we will be looking for a RELIABLE contractor."
