stars"Had appointment with Mr. Ty Eaton & he double booked me with another client and was on a test drive! I waited for 30 min. and then left. I told the receptionist that I couldn't wait any longer she responded saying "Oh he's here but he's working with another client! Mr. Tye Eaton never came out to say hello or even sorry for wasting my time. I could have dealt with another salesmen He is very unprofessional! I have yet to receive a phone call from Mr. Ty Eaton! Horrible Service. Come On Dave Mugenast Acura you guys are suppose to be elite!!!!!"
