stars"This place sucks! When a criminal "completes" the de novo program, there is no record of their crime. The victims have no voice & no rights. My parents were ripped off by their own daughter for over $4000.00, she entered the de novo program, and has been paying them $50.00 a month INTEREST FREE. Although she has missed some payments, de novo does not violate her...why is that? This is another Liberal program funded by the tax payers. They protect criminals and take away the rights of the victims. Horrible place & horrible program!"
