"It was time to get my oil changed and am a new owner of the Mini Cooper. Nic helped to make my first encounter at the BMW dealership a wonderful experience. He helped explain other services needed to keep my car in great condition, but didn't push me to do the recommended additional service. We agreed to do a couple of upkeeps but to wait until the following month to finish. Overall, I was extremely impressed with Nic's knowledge and professionalism...and patience as I learn the ins and outs of the Mini. Thanks Nic!"

"This place sucks! When a criminal "completes" the de novo program, there is no record of their crime. The victims have no voice & no rights. My parents were ripped off by their own daughter for over $4000.00, she entered the de novo program, and has been paying them $50.00 a month INTEREST FREE. Although she has missed some payments, de novo does not violate her...why is that? This is another Liberal program funded by the tax payers. They protect criminals and take away the rights of the victims. Horrible place & horrible program!"
