"Got the spray tan special 3/ $38. Great deal for first timers.... I tried my first that evening, told to do level 2. The girl working that night was nice and explained everything thorough. I followed all her directions, even exfoliated prior like told To. And no lotions. Next day my arms and neck were white and looked funny from the rest of my body. Called and spoke to the same girl who said maybe the sprayers were clogged and would see if the manager would add on another spray tan for the trouble. Weeks went by with no call back,called again. Spoke to someone else,explained and left my info once again. A week went by, no call. Called again today,Said the manager would be right back and she would call back. 10 mins later, she called. I was APPALLED to learn that not only would the manager NOT do anything, but would subtract the "FULL" amount of one spray tan($25) which left a balance of $13 to put towards something else. I paid $38 for 3!!!! Completely HORRIBLE customer service!!!"
