"I have been a client of Homefit for the past 11 months. I joined Homefit when I was still 30 pounds overweight after the birth of my second child 7 months before. With Erin Gentry as my bootcamp instructor once a week and Erin Monfre as my in-home trainer twice a week, I have lost 25 pounds of fat, dropped two dress sizes, and put on 10 pounds of muscle. As a sports medicine physician, I can also attest that Homefit’s training methods are safe and tailored for both seasoned athletes as well as sedentary couch potatoes. Strength training has proven benefits for the treatment of heart disease, auto-immune disease, and mild to moderate arthritis, and the trainers at Homefit are excellent at targeting workouts to individual needs. With my busy schedule, doing workouts at home saves me time that would otherwise be spent commuting back and forth from a gym. I plan on sticking with Homefit for several years, and I would encourage anyone else to do the same."
