"This is just a summary of the crap I had to deal with. I don't have enough time to express my anger w/this office and Dr. Young. To sum it up, I had a botch crown job done in Oct that I have to get fixed as well as fillings that weren't done well by Dr. Young. And my most recent nightmare Feb. I came in at 7am and didn't leave until 1:30pm bc they Had one dentist working on all patients. I had to be numbed 3x on both sides bc the dentist took so long to come back in to start the treatments. I have dealt w/3 different dentist since last Aug and none of their opinions are consistent and probably not accurate now that I know they work on commission. They had some new assistant practicing crown impressions on my mouth that me in pain 6days straight afterwards. The receptionist Alexandria is Rude! Dr. Livingston (i think his name is)corrected the crown& fillings and he and his assistant were great, but he only comes there every other Wed. Nothing good in this office but 7:00 apt (which doesn't matter bc you will be there at least 2 hrs esp dealing with Dr. Young she is horrible. Doesn't make sure the procedure is the least painful and likes to keep you there anywhere between 2-6 hrs for whatever you are getting done. It took Dr. Young over an hr just to put my crown on yesterday and it wasnt due to complications. The only regular that was any good there was Keisha who Was the receptionist. Every experience with Dr. Young and her assistant Tonya have been traumatic.. and i HAD to see them 5x for them to get things right!"
