stars"Dont rent from Parkers and Associates. Plain and Simple. They dont care about their residents and are EXTREMELY rude and unresponsive. I hope you all never have to deal with Teresa and Kristin and the rest of their awful staff. Since I ve lived here, I ve been charged random fines, charged for apartment maintenance that s THEIR fault, and they have been nothing but rude and unhelpful. I ve previously lived in an apartment off Riverbend and I regret ever moving here. Their prices are also inconsistent (it s not uncommon to have someone in the exact same apartment paying a different price than you). It s a nice neighborhood but definitely not worth the trouble of living here. I d give this place 0 stars just because of the staff if I could."
