"If I could post negative stars I absolutely would!!!! We hired them to design 2 commercial spaces and all we got were pintrest photos. They decided to quit (and break the contract) without finishing even 10% of the work (even though we paid them over 55% of the promised amount). Their reason for quitting was that we didn't agree with every single one of their ideas and we asked for options. Heaven forbid you ask a "designer" to give you options. They also posted videos of our commercial space on social media WITHOUT consent and put our businesses in jeopardy. They are incredibly unprofessional and don't know ANYTHING about business, design or style. Not to mention they are practicing illegally! According to the DC department of consumer and regulatory affairs, it states that “Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, in order to be licensed to practice interior design, an applicant shall pass the examination administered by the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ).” Well according to Pearson Vue's online licensee search, this "design business" and its "designers" are not accredited and should be shut down immediately. We have filed multiple formal complaints and will be taking legal action! These types of places make the design industry seem like a total joke."

"We had a very negative experience with this company. We hired them to replace the carpet in our home with laminate flooring. Their quote and invoice claimed it would take 2-3 days to complete the project, and that payment would be required after satisfactory completion of the project. After a month of very slow progress, we discontinued their work and offered to pay them for labor based on the portion of the work that was complete. They insisted on being paid in full for labor, even though there was significant work left. When we resisted, they began to rip flooring out that they had already installed (even though we had already paid for the materials), damaging walls and the flooring. We urge anyone considering this company to seek another contractor -- this one is unreliable, slow, and, based on our experience, is likely to violate the terms of your work agreement."

"My computer skills are limited, and several times we had either viruses or some computer glitch that left our business computer paralyzed. In all cases, Computer Geeks came to the rescue to bail us out. Quick turn-around time, economical repairs, and personalized service keep us loyal to their business. Thanks!"
