"These people lack communication within. Two days ago they (Vickie) told me they were available on the date I need them and that she would get a contract to me. I never rec'd it and so I finally started emailing and calling them to get it, as my event is less than a month away and I wanted to safely know I had a caterer booked. She then emails me back two days later saying they're booked for my day now. WTH? Nice way to run a business."
