"Rude staff. The owner talked to me like I was annoying him to no end. When. asked about pricing a party and if there were any deals, he plopped down a pricing sheet infront of me and starred at me the whole time without saying a word to answer me personally. He basically gave me a, "can you read?" look. Also, I didn't see a displayed businesd license or bonded and insured declaration. He sure will push the injury waiver forms though. He also needs to get rid of an employee who talked like a sailor in front of kids no less! She spouted out a string of "MF" this and "F'ing" that, then proceeded to talk about her lady parts without a care as to who heard. "My f'ing vagina fell out!" I think she is the owner's wife actually. Figures! This business was not kid or family friendly both times I had the displeasure of being there. I even was told we had to.supply our own paperware, cake, and drinks by a young employee, but found out some of those things should have been provided. Don't use this business! Great idea, but terribly implemented due to poor customer service all the way around!"
