In July 2023 my GE profile refrigerator in Palm Desert went kaput. I called Qfix and Victor responded. He quickly determined what was wrong, ordered a part, and scheduled time to fix it when the part arrived. He came and fixed it. It's been 2 months since the repair and everything works perfectly. Victor was punctual, careful, knowledgeable, and effective - he fixed it! I'd call Qfix in a minute if I have a problem with my appliances.
