Caitlan Ingros, LCSW

Caitlan Ingros, LCSW Caitlan Ingros, LCSW, is a behavioral health clinician with AHN Behavioral Health, specializing in perinatal mental health. Her clinical interests include postpartum mood disorders, grief and loss, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders in military spouses. She is specially trained in perinatal psychotherapy, complicated grief therapy, and EMDR for emotional distress and trauma. Caitlan is a licensed clinical social worker who received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. and her Master of Clinical Social Work from Columbia University School of Social Work in New York, New York. She aims to assist clients with evidence-based practices and an empathetic perspective which allows parents to enjoy and fully participate in their journeys in parenthood.
