This was the first company we called for our broken dryer. They came out to our house on a Friday night shortly after we called. The technician evaluated the problem and gave us an estimate of $164 which was $50 cheaper than the previous estimates. We agreed to the repair. The technician did inform us that he would need to get a part from the supply store and he would be back the next day. He came back the next morning on a Saturday at 10am and fixed the dryer as promised. It has been a month since the repair and the dryer is running like new, I recommend this company without hesitation. Great service, reliable and trustworthy.

Loved how they servised my GE Dryer. It just stopped spinning in the middle of cycle. I tried to turn it of and on again and it didn't work. I called a few other companies and they were all closed because it was Sunday morning. Decided to give it one more try and called Magic Touch. And hurray!!!! Not only were they open, they told me that their technician can be at my house within a few hours. I agreed, gave them my address. And indeed, in less then two hours, their tech was there for the rescue. He told me what was the problem and how much will it be to fix it. Came out around $160. Which is not that expansive compering to what would it cost to buy a new dryer. Plus he had a needed part with him in a truck. So I agreed to that and in less then 30 minutes, everything was fixed. I've read some other reviews on this site and I agree to the fact that you never know how will the service with the company that you've never used before work out. But I can tell you that much. For me, the experience with these guys, turned out to be great. I woud definitely recommend them and use them again if I need to, for all of my appliance repairs.

My central A/C quit Saturday morning. I diagnosed a failed capacitor, but too late to find a supply store open. My usual servicer didn't return my call, so at 7:30, I tried Magic Touch. The owner(?) answered, understood my situation, quoted a reasonable repair cost, and had a tech here the next morning at 9:15. We were cooling again by 9:40. :-)
